I seek to help others make the biggest impact possible in their endeavor to make the world a better place.

Yoga, democracy, passport stamps, New England Patriots, good deeds, women who help other women, great leadership.

I firmly believe that a small group of individuals can change the world and I work at the intersection of the political, technology and entertainment industries to help individuals do just that.

I founded a social impact firm called Impactual to provide strategy and tools to nonprofits, corporations and philanthropists who want to engage Millennials to bring about positive change. I leverage my experience leading organizations like Rock the Vote, The Atlas Project, and democratic GAIN to help others make the biggest impact possible. I love bringing great work to scale and am proud of the work I’ve done establishing cause marketing partnerships with companies like iHeartRadio, Microsoft, USAToday, Twitter, and Tinder to implement various social impact strategies.

My tireless work ethic is thanks to my hardworking parents and the numerous electoral campaigns I’ve worked on across the country, including presidential, gubernatorial and congressional campaigns in Iowa, Ohio, Florida, Minnesota and Maryland. I’m a proud Massachusetts native and graduate of The George Washington University, with a degree in International Affairs.

I am available for consulting, managing new projects, and creating and implementing strategies for your business.

I have been fortunate to work with some incredible brands. From small nonprofits to large corporations, I bring the same level of commitment to success to every project. I can solve any problem and work with you to manage any project.

Social Impact

I have successfully scaled campaign impact via strategic partnerships with companies like iHeartRadio, Tinder, The Skimm, Twitter and Microsoft and spearheaded viral digital campaigns including Turn Out for What featuring Lil Jon, Lena Dunham and Kendall Jenner.

Digital Innovation

I have experience developing and implementing ambitious plans to increase brand awareness, expand the client base, and deliver high quality products. At The Atlas Project, I innovated and led the development of an interactive online political database.

I help organizations figure out how to achieve the results they want through a process of strategic planning that focuses on how to execute, fund, and measure each program. Some of the most rewarding work is in helping small nonprofits find new sources of revenue to support their good work.

I’ve had the privilege of speaking at conferences like Wisdom 2.0, Personal Democracy Forum, and Millennial Week. I’ve also conducted trainings for young people around the US, as well as in Iraq and Rwanda.

I am available for speaking engagements and training opportunities on Millennials, civic engagement, social media, digital campaigning.
